This location is particularly advantageous for reaching the central swamps. These swamps, fed by underground meltwater from Kilimanjaro, create a vital water source that attracts the large herds of elephants for which Amboseli is renowned.

Generator Power and Wi-Fi Connectivity

Electrical power throughout the camp is supplied by a generator. The generator does not run 24 hours a day; it typically operates for set periods in the early morning and evening to coincide with guest activity. This schedule allows for charging cameras, phones, and other electronic devices.

Overnight charging in the tents is unavailable once the generator is off. Guests are advised to charge their critical devices during the designated evening hours. Wi-Fi connectivity is limited to the main public lounge and reception area.
